Four ecological isolates from Pseudomonas fluorescens were isolated from agricultural soil ; these isolates were taken from two farms of tomato placed in al-Zubair quarter. The effectiveness of these isolates was tested in protecting tomato plants from effected with Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.

sp.

lycopersici and comparing its proficiency with the effectiveness of some identificated isolates.

It was noticed throughout testing its proficiency that all the isolates were plant growth, promoting rhizobacteria and also they reducing the percentage of damping-off of the plant.

All of them were affected in the height of the plant with high significant differences in comparing with control treatment. Effective of the two isolates Pseudomonas fluorescens AS1 and Pseudomonas fluorescens AS3 was over to contain the fresh weight of root significant differences were noticed comparing with the control. A histological study was made for tomato plant roots which were infected and treated with Pseudomonas fluorescens strains, and anther same study was made for the infected tomato plant roots of fungi.

also, it was noticed that isolate which belong to Pseudomonas fluorescens colonized tomato roots and made structural changes in the living cell walls, thus the prevent fungal penetration into these cells and reducing the percentage of disease of the plant.
