يهدف البحث إلى دراسة نماذج من البولي إثيلين الواطئ الكثافة من النوع (463) و المطعم بمسحوق أكسيد الحديد, حيث تمت دراسة تأثير مسحوق أكسيد الحديد كمادة حشو مع هذا النوع من البولي إثيلين, على خاصية الزحف و الاسترجاع .أجري العديد من الفحوصات المخبرية (فحص الشد و الزحف و الاسترجاع) على العينات التي تم الحصول عليها من الخلط الفيزيائي لمعرفة سلوك العينات الناتجة تحت تأثير القوة و الزمن .
تم إنتاج (6) عينات مختلفة النسب من مسحوق الحديد, و حيث تم اختبار هذه العينات بظروف زحف مختلفة و بتغيير الحمل و الزمن, و بدرجة حرارة اختبار ثابتة 22 سيليزيه.
من ضمن النتائج المهمة التي تم الحصول عليها أن زيادة نسبة مسحوق أكسيد الحديد للعينات المضافة إلى البولي إثيلين المستخدم لا يزيد من سرعة حدوث الزحف .أي أن التصرف اللزج المرن يكون لا خطيا.
كما وجد أن النسبة (2 %) يحصل فيها أعظم تمدد مرن و أقل استرجاع للزحف.
بينما وجد أن أقل نسبة زحف تحدث في العينة ذات النسبة (0.7 %).
Abstract EN
This paper investigates the creep behavior on low density polyethylene (grade 463) reinforced with iron oxide powder, (particle size 360 μm).
Six specimens were prepared and tested (tensile, creep, and creep recovery) under different time depended conditions, and a constant temperature of 22C°.
As a clear result it can be found that the increasing ratio of the filler added to the low density polyethylene dose not accelerate the creep and its nonlinear viscoelastic behaviour.
The (2%) specimen has a maximum time constant (elastic extension) and a minimum creep recovery., while the minimum creep has occurred in the (0.7%) specimen.
