أجريت هذه الدراسة على 21 فأر ابيض في أعمار متساوية تتراوح أوزانها بين ( 250-300) غرام ,تم تقسيمها إلى ثلاث مجموعات، المجموعة الأولى المجموعة الضابطة متكونة من 7 فئران, المجموعة الثانية متكونة من 7 فئران, تم غمرها في حوض ماء زجاجي حتى رقبتها في درجة حرارة 40 م0 لمدة ساعتين ,المجموعة الثالثة 7 فئران تم غمرها في الماء بدرجة حرارة 4 م0 لمدة ساعتين.
ذبحت المجموعات و أجريت القياسات لتركيز أنزيم الفوسفاتيز القاعدي و عدد كريات الدم الحمراء و خضاب الدم و قياس تراكيز الصوديوم و البوتاسيوم و الكالسيوم و الفسفور كما Hخذ تركيز هرمون الشحمون الخصيوي في الدم.
أظهرت النتائج انخفاضا معنويا في نسبة تركيز إنزيم الفوسفاتيز القاعدي و هرمون الشحمون الخصيوي و نقصا في عدد كريات الدم الحمراء، و خضاب الدم.
أما مستوى أيونات مصل الدم (الصوديوم و البوتاسيوم) فظهر نقصا غير معنوي مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة مع وجود زيادة معنوية في مستوى أيونات الكالسيوم و الفسفور .يستدل من هذه الدراسة أن عامل الكرب أو الإجهاد يؤثر سلبيا على معظم المقاييس و تأثيرا ايجابيا على الكالسيوم و الفسفور أي زيادة تركيزهما.
Abstract EN
This study was carried out using Twenty one albino rats with same age and weighed from ( 250- 300 gm) subdivided into 3 groups.
The first group (7) as control group, The second group(7) rats were immersed in glass gar containing warm water at 40 C up to the neck of rats for 2 hours.
The third group was immersed in glass gar containing cold water at 4C similar to the second group at the same time.
The rats were sacrificed immediately at the end of the experimental period , blood was collected, then Alkaline phosphatase concentration , RBCs count, Hb, sodium, potassium, calcium ,phosphorous concentration and testosterone hormone level were measured .
Results showed slightly significant decreased( P<0.05) in alkaline phosphatase concentration and testosterone hormone level and decreased in RBCs count insignificantly While Hb.
Na+,k Ca++ and phosphorus concentration showed significant increase( P<0.05) after immersion in both hot and cold water.
