أظهرت دراسة فصائل الدم حسب نظامي ABO و الـ Rh في عينة عشوائية من سكان محافظة ميسان مؤلفة من 926 فردا : شيوع مجموعة الدم O على مجاميع الدم الأخرى حيث بلغت : 35.4 %، 33.2 %، 22.5 % و 8.7 % على التوالي لكل من AB A, B, O و التي سجلت أوطأ نسبة في العينة المدروسة.
كما أظهرت الدراسة ارتفاع تكرار النمط الموجب للعامل الرئيسي Rh+، حيث بلغ 88.66 % فيما بلغ تكرار النمط السالب 11.33 Rh- %.
و قد تبين من حساب التكرارات الأليلية لمجاميع دم هذين النظامين ظهور أعلى تكرار للاليل i يليه الاليل IB ثم الاليل IA في نظام الABO، فيما أظهر الاليل السائد D للعامل الرئيسي شيوعا على اليليه المتنحي d، حيث بلغا : 0.666، 0.336 لكل منهما على التوالي.
Abstract EN
The distribution of ABO blood groups and Rh D factor have been studied among 926 individuals from Missan province, southern part of Iraq .
The results revealed that phenotype O was the most frequently group while group AB records the lowest percentage in the whole sample .The O, B, A and AB blood groups percentage, were as follows: 35.4% , 33.2% , 22.5% and 8.7% respectively.
Rhesus factor records: 88.66% for Rh+ and 11.34% for Rh-.
The allele frequencies of ABO blood groups were found to be: 0.5951 0.2385 and 0.1663 for i , IB and IA respectively, with Rh D allelic frequency as 0.6633 for D and 0.3367 for d respectively.
