تم دراسة بصمات الأصابع و الخطوط الجلدية لراحة اليد في 21 امرأة مصابة بسرطان الثدي و 21 امرأة طبيعية من اللواتي يتمتعن بصحة جيدة في أعمار مختلفة.
و قد أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك انخفاضا في نمط الدوامات, و زيادة في أنماط العروات و أنماط الأقواس و انخفاضا في (a – b ridge) في النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي بالمقارنة مع النساء غير المصابات (مجموعة السيطرة).
و كانت النسبة المئوية لأنماط الخطوط الجلدية لجميع أطراف الأصابع للمصابات بسرطان الثدي طبيعية حيث أن غالبيتها كان يمثلها نمط العروات, تليها الدوامات ثم الأقواس, و أظهرت هذه الدراسة وجود الاختلافات في الخطوط الجلدية بين المصابات بسرطان الثدي و غير المصابات.
Abstract EN
The finger & palmer dermatoglyphics of 21 women with breast cancer and 21 normal healthy women at different ages showed that there is a decrease in whorls pattern, an increase in loops & arch patterns and a decrease in a - b ridge count in women with breast cancer compared with the healthy women.
Percentage of ridge patterns of all finger tips of patients with breast cancer and normal's revealed mostly loops, followed by whorls and then arches.
The present study has showed differences between breast cancer and normal.
