نوقشت في ھذا البحث عملیة حمایة مجموعة الھیدروكسیل في حامض الفیرولیك 1، و ذلك بمثیلة المجموعة الكربوكسیلیة أولاً تتبعھا عملیة البنزلة على المجموعة الھیدروكسیلیة بإستخدام یودید رباعي بیوتیل الأمونیوم (TBAI) كعامل مساعد لینتج لدینا الإستر بنسبة 0.44 % من 4–بنزیلوكسي– 3–میثوكسي سینامات المیثل 3.
ثبتت نقطة إنصھار المركب 3 و شخص و درس بطیف ھیدروجین الرنین النووي المغناطیسي () في الكلوروفورم الدیوتورمي الأحادي CDCl3، و بطیف الإنحراف المعزز بنقل الإستقطاب 135 للرنين النووي المغناطيسي (DEPT–135 NMR) في الأسيتون الديوتورمي السداسي acetone–d6.
Abstract EN
The protection reaction on the hydroxyl group of ferulic acid 1 has been discussed.
Methylation of the carboxylic side was followed by the benzylation of the hydroxyl group using tetra-n-butyl ammonium iodide (TBAI) as a catalyst afforded 4-benzyloxy-3-methoxymethylcinnamate 3.
The purified product has been characterized by 1D NMR spectroscopy
