تعتبر صیانة الآلات و المعدات إحدى النشاطات البحثیة الحدیثة لكثیر من المؤسسات الصناعیة و ذلك لما تمثله كلفة الصیانة لهذه الآلات من تأثیر مباشر على كلفة التشغیل لهذه الآلات، علاوة على ما یمثله اختیار و إتباع صیانة مناسبة على أطالة عمر الآلات.

یمثل تحلیل و دراسة الإشارات الناتجة من الاھتزازات أحدى أدوات الصیانة التنبؤیة لكثیر من الآلات الدوارة، و في ھذا الجانب تتناول ھذه الورق البحثیة دراسة و تحلیل الإشارات الناتجة عن الاھتزازات لأكثر من 20 مضخة في شركة مصافي عدن، حیث ثم وضع مجسات لقیاس الاھتزازات في أماكن مختلفة في الآلة و من ثم أخذ ھذه الإشارات و قیاس ھا و تحلیلھا و دراستھا.

لقد أظھرت نتائج ھذه الدراسة أھمیة ھذه الطریقة و فاعلیتھا في تحدید الخلل في المضخات.

Abstract EN

Maintenance of plant and equipment is an area of activity, which in recent decades has received a lot of attention from management consultants, because the cost associated with machinery maintenance is a major portion of operating expenses.

Moreover, the system service life can be extended if suitable maintenance policy has been adopted.

Vibration analysis is used as a predictive maintenance tool in a wide variety of industrial areas, especially for rotating and reciprocating machines.

In this paper, vibration analysis is applied for more than 20 pumps in Aden Refinery Company.

A set of measuring instruments has been installed and measurement of vibration signals has been taken from an accelerometer placed at different positions.

These signals are analyzed, and the results obtained indicate the importance of this technique in the detection of pump faults.
