Abstract EN

This research deals with an aspect of daily relations in a person’s life which is represented in courtesy, which has corrupted relations and lose some rights.

The researcher searches some of the legal provisions which legitimize courtesy and forbid it, so as to achieve a successful social relation in accordance with legal sense, and finally, to achieve the result demonstrating that the origin of customs and treatment is: straight and clearness, and courtesy is accepted within certain limits.
