Abstract EN

This study addressed one of the paths used by Al-Bukhari in his saheeh that is using one form of receiving the holy sura and transferring it to other persons.

This form is (Qal Lee) He said to me, scholars have note reached an agreement in its judgment in terms of communication and the purpose of using this form, particularly at Al- Bukhari in his saheeh.

The study tracked scholars opinions about this issue.

The importance of this study also lies in the fact that Al- Bukhari induced the position in which this form was used in his saheeh, then clarifying the Al- Bukhari Saheeh explains opinions concerning the purpose of using this form, discussing it, then criticizing it.

By the obvious proofs, the study conclude that this form has a communication judgment, and the origin of using this form between narraters of Suna was verifying the holy sura, contrasting the opinion of Ibn Hujr about this issue.
