Abstract EN
Identification techniques based on nonlinear optimization and recursive least-squares fitting are developed in this paper to generate models for an electric distribution system of the STEG society of Sfax (Tunisia).
The proposed techniques are able to accurately identify the three types of load curve that describe the behavior of the electric distribution system.
The findings revealed that the proposed techniques provide satisfactory result and will be very useful in the development of load forecasting.
