Abstract EN
The current work concerns the induction heating process of a ferromagnetic plate and aluminum layers used in induction cooking systems.
The problem studied is related to the control of cooking temperature by Curie temperature (Tc) regulation of ferromagnetic material.
On this fact a model of magnetization with temperature variation is proposed.
A magneto thermal coupled problem is then solved using finite element method with the association of the magnetization model depending on Curie temperature.
The results obtained show the capabilities of the proposed model to realize self-regulated working temperature.
