Results : the histological examination of 0.5 % Chemo-mechanical caries removal at the three periods showed that there is no significant effect on the pulp of the tooth.
Conclusion : 0.5 % concentration of the manufactured chemo-mechanical caries removal can be used in dentinal caries removal safely without any adverse effect on the pulp.
