Abstract AR
الأهداف : هي دراسة دقة خلايا المرضية و تقيميها كوسيلة باثولوجية تشخيصية في أمراض الثدي.
الطرق : في دراسة استقدامية أجريت في الفترة من يناير 2006 – يناير 2007 شملت 542 تقريرا للخلايا المرضية و 271 تقريرا للأنسجة المرضية ثم تحليل الحالات باستخدام نظام التحليل الإحصائي SPSS.
الحساسية و التعيين و الدقة تم حسابها و مقارنتها بما هو موجود في المراجع.
النتائج : تراوحت أعمار المدروسين بين 80 – 14 سنة بمتوسط عمري 15.3 ± 41 سنة.
كانت نسبة الحساسية، التعيين و الدقة لحالات دراسة الخلايا المرضية هي 56.1 %، 80.9 %، 63.8 % على التوالي بينما كانت في الأنسجة المرضية 93.0 %، 83.5 %، 89.7 % على التوالي.
الخلاصة : هي حدوث نسب أقل للحساسية، التعيين و الدقة في حالات دراسة الخلايا المرضية عن طريق البزل الأبري.
Abstract EN
Objectives : to study the accuracy of cytopathology and to evaluate it as diagnostic pathological tool in breast diseases.
Method : a prospective study in the period between Jan 2006 and Feb 2008.
Data were analysed using the SPSS.
Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were calculated and compared to literature.
Results : Total number of reports was 542, 271 for each cytopathology and histopathology.
The overall mean age was 41.0+ 15.3 (ranging between 14- 80) years.
The overall sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of cytopathology were 56.1, 80.9 and 63.8 % respectively while those of histopathology were 93.5, 83.5 and 89.7 % respectively.
Conclusion : FNAC has low sensitivity, specificity and accuracy.
