الأهداف : هي تقييم استعمال الشبكة و تعقيداتها المبكرة في إصلاح الفتق الإربي.
المرضى و الطرق : في دراسة أستباقية أجريت في الفترة يناير 2004– يناير 2005 تمت دراسة 91 مريض أجريت لهم عمليات إصلاح الفتق الإربي مع استعمال الشبكة في مستشفى الرباط الجامعي–السودان.
النتائج : أجري التصليح الشبكي خالي التوتر 87 ذكر و 4 إناث ثلاثة من المرضى حدث لديهم ورم مصلي, اثنين حدث لديهم تجمع دموي و واحد من المرضى أصيب بالتهاب خارجي سطحي.
لم يحدث أي تجدد مبكر للفتق في فترة الستة أشهر الأولى من المتابعة.
الخلاصة : التصليح الشبكي للفتق الإربي وسيلة سهلة و آمنة و فعالة مع قليل من التعقيدات المبكرة.
Abstract EN
Objectives : to evaluate the use of mesh repair in inguinal hernia and its early complications. Patients & Methods : prospective study, in the period from January 2004 to January 2005.
Ninety-one patients who had mesh repair for inguinal hernia in the Ribat University Hospital (Sudan) were the base for this study. Results : tension-free mesh repair was done for 87 males and 4 females.
Three patients developed, serum two patients developed hematoma and one patient developed superficial wound infection.
Early recurrence (6 months) was not seen in this study. Conclusions : mesh repair for inguinal hernia is a simple, safe and effective procedure with minimum early complications.
