صممت هذه الدراسة لمقارنة التكوين البروتيني لأنسجة ثدي سرطانية بالمكون البروتيني لأنسجة ثدي سليمة من مريضات سودانيات.
أخذت عدد 50 عينة نسيج (سرطاني وسليم) من عدد 25 مريضة سودانية بسرطان الثدي الأولى.
حللت العينات باستخدام تقنيات الرحلان الكهربائي (electrophoresis) لفصل البروتينات و لمعرفة البروتينات باستخدام Mass spectroscopy Liquid chromatography, and nr.fasta search وجد النوع الثاني من بروتين بيتا تروبومايوسين في كل الأنسجة المريضة و لم يوجد في الأنسجة السليمة لنفس المرضى.
وجد أن النوع الثاني من البيتا تروبومايوسين يتكون من عدد 257 حمض أميني.
تمتاز أنسجة الثدي السرطانية من المريضات السودانيات بوجود النوع الثاني من البيتا تروبومايوسين و عدم وجود هذا البروتين في الأنسجة السليمة لنفس المرضى.
Abstract EN
This study was designed to compare antigen content of normal and cancerous breast tissues of Sudanese patients.
Methods : 50 tissue samples-normal and cancerous-from 25 Sudanese patients with primary breast cancer were analyzed for their protein content using 2D PAGE and for protein identification using LC / MS and nr.
fast data base search.
Results : Beta-Tropomyosin spot was found in all the cancerous tissues and absent from all the normal tissues of the same patients.
The protein is form 2 with 257 amino acids.
Conclusion : Primary breast cancer tissues from Sudanese patients are characterized by the presence of is form 2 of beta-Tropomyosin, which is not detected in the normal tissues.
