تقرير هذه الحالة يوضح حالة نادرة جدا هي ورم خلوي داخل تجويف الأنف لسيدة سودانية تبلغ من العمر 40 عاما حضرت لمستشفانا بورم داخل التجويف الأيسر في الأنف بإعراض انسداد, إفراز انفي, فقدان حاسة الشم, شخير و نزيف انفي متقطع.
بالكشف العام وجد أن هنالك ورم حجمه بالتقريب 6*8*10 سم تمت إزالته.
ثم أجري له الفحص المعملي و الذي أوضح أن يتكون من خلايا مغزلية ذات أنوية لها نهايات غليظة و كان التشخيص المجهري النهائي هو روم عضلي أملس بالأنف و لمعرفتنا أن حوالي 28 حالة فقط دونت في المراجع الإنجليزية إلى الآن.
Abstract EN
This case report describes an extremely rare case of a cellular leiomyoma in the nasal cavity.
A 40 yrs-old Sudanese woman presented to our hospital with tumoral lesion in the left nasal cavity with symptoms of nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, anemia, snoring and spells of mild epistaxis .
At gross inspection, the tumor measured 6 x 8 x 10 cm.
microscopically after excision ; the tumor consisted of many spindled cells with blunt ended nuclei.
The diagnosis was confirmed as cellular intranasal leiomyoma.
To the best of our knowledge, only 28 cases were reported in the English literature so far.
