الهدف : التعريف بمظهر و ترافق نادر لورم غدي كلوي نادر مع سرطان الكلية في الكلية اليسرى لمريض يبلغ عمره 65 عاما حضر يشكو من ألم مزمن بخاصرته اليسرى.
أوضحت الجراحة التي أجريت له وجود عدة عقد صغيرة بالطحال ذات قمم بيضاء و وجود ورم بالقطب الأسفل للكلية اليسرى و كان الهدف الرئيس هو وصف المظاهر السريرية و المرضية للترافق النادر للأورام الحميدة و السرطانية بالكلية.
الطرق : أجريت الجراحة لهذا الرجل الذي شخص ألمه المزمن بأنه حصوة بالكلية اليسرى و لكن الكشف السريري و الإشعاع أوضحا وجود تورم بالقطب الأسفل للكلية اليسرى لديه.
ثم أكدت الجراحة وجود طحال معتل و ورم بالقطب السفلي للكلية اليسرى.
Abstract EN
The coexistence of two tumors in a single person is not common.
Finding two tumors in a single organ is rare.
We are reporting a 65 years old male who presented with a long history of left loin pain.
Clinical examination was unremarkable apart from hypertension.
The histopathology of intra-abdominal mass seen on exploration of abdomen revealed oncocytoma and renal cell carcinoma.
