Abstract EN
In this study two dinuclearcobalt (III) complexes have been prepared.
This paper described the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) investigation of these diamagnetic complexes.
The proton NMR of complex 1 and complex 2 showed clearly the difference between the terminal and bridging OH group in these compounds.
The 13C NMR of these complexes showed four regions in both CDC13 and dmso-d6 assigned to the quaternary carbonyl carbon atoms of the carboxylates, CH2N of tmen, (CHs) 2N of tmen and the methyl carbon atoms of the carboxylates.
NMR spectroscopy of complexes 1 and 2 indicated equilibration between them-in solutions.
