The aim of this study was to follow the evolution of leaf plane-tree symptoms, caused by a fungi complex.
The necrosis lesions or those which present a white and ashy felting, were colonized by the obligatory fungi, and others fungi.
All of these fungi could be isolated and grown on culture media.
Among these fungi, Helminthosporium sativum and Monilia sitophila were qualified to induce necrosis and producing conidia, when they were inoculated to the plane-tree leaves maintained in a live.

L'objectif de ce travail est de suivre revolution des symptomes foliaires du platane dus a un complexe fongique diversified.
Les lesions necrotiques ou celles qui presentent un feutrage blanchatre cendreux sont colonisees par des champignons obligatoires et d'autres champignons qui peuvent etre isoles et cultives sur milieu de culture.
Parmi ces derniers, Helminthosporium sativum et Monilia sitophila sont capables de provoquer des lesions necrotiques sporulantes une fois inocules aux feuilles de platane maintenues en survie.
