تم جمع 100 بيضة كابسة من مفرخات بلدية بمحافظة أسيوط و 85 كتكوت مريض و نافق حديثا (2-15 يوما) و 60 دجاجة من كتاكيت بدارى التسمين (نافقة حديثا) عمر 5-8 أسبوع، و قد أمكن عزل ميكروب السودوموناس أرجينـوزا منهـا بالنسـب التاليـة 21 %، 17.2 %، 3.3 % علـى التـوالي، و تـم إجـراء عـدوى صـناعية بـالميكروب المعزول على أجنة بيض عمر 7 أيام عن طريق الحقن في كيس المح، و الذي أدى إلى نفوق جميع الأجنـة.
أيضـا تـم إجراء عدوى صناعية على كتاكيت عمر 3 أيام عن طريق الحقن تحت الجلد و الذي أدى إلى نسبة نفوق وصلت إلـى 80 %، أمـا العـدوى عـن طريـق الفـم لـم تـؤدى إلـى أي نفـوق و لكـن أظهـرت تـورم خفيـف فـي الـرأس.
و بعمـل عـدوى صناعية بالميكروب المعزول على بدارى تسـمين عمـر 9 أسـابيع عـن طريـق الحقـن فـي العضـل لـم يحـدث نفـوق فـي الــدجاج.
و بــإجراء اختبــار الحساســـية لميكــروب الســودوموناس أرجينـــوزا المعــزول.
وجــد أن النورفلوكساســـين و الكلورمفينيكول و الأستربتوميسين هم الأدوية الأكثر تأثيرا.
Abstract EN
One hundred, dead-In- shell embryos from balady hatcheries, eighty-five, (2-15 days baby chicks) and sixty broilers 5–8 weeks old (diseased and freshly dead) were collected from different location in Assiut Governorate.
pseudomonas aeruginosa (Ps.
aeruginosa) was isolated from these sample at rates of 21%, 17.6 %, and 3.3% respectively.
Experimental infection with isolated Ps.
aeruginosa revealed deaths of all embryos inoculated via yolk sac route, 80% mortality of 3-days old chicks inoculated subcutaneouslly.
No mortality recorded between 3-days old chicks and 9-weeks old broilers inoculated orally and intramuscullary respectively but mild swollen of head was observed in 3-days chicks.
Antibiotics sensitivity test showed that the isolated ps.
aeruginosa was highly sensitive to the norfloxacin, chloramphenicol and streptomycin.
