Abstract EN

The Disciplinary crime is the base for every study in the field of Disciplinary punishment.

Both Criminal and Disciplinary Crimes are based on the principle of default in the meaning that the employee has committed actions or abstained from doing actions representing a breach of the right doing requested by the society as well as a breach of the Public duties which the official is required to carry out.

The study includes the Nature of the Disciplinary Action in the first section.

Then after the Independence of both cases Criminal and Disciplinary.

The Third section deals with the effect of the criminal sentence on the Disciplinary Action.
