In 2000, Papadakis announced that any orthonormal wavelet can be derived by a generalized frame multiresolution analysis.
This is an important result in wavelet analysis.
In this paper, we extend Papadakis' result, and show that any Riesz wavelet with dual is derived by a generalized frame multiresolution analysis.
