Maxillary arch dimensions and palatal dimensions (width, depth and height) of 50 patients with Down’s syndrome were compared to 50 without Down’s syndrome patients as control group.

The age of the patients was 14-18 years old.

The maxillary arch dimensions and palatal dimensions of patient’s with Down’s syndrome were smaller and narrower than control group.
