Abstract EN

In this paper a trial for improving the performance of the envelope expansion technique has been performed.

It is aimed at applying this proposed technique in enhancing the speech processes.

This work focuses on two points.

Firstly, to replace one block of the envelope expansion technique with new One to facilitate the implementation and consequently to get rid of some drawbacks of the old one.

Second, to minimize the time complexity of the algorithm specially in the real world applications of the envelope expansion technique of speech processing.
