In this study, the comparisons on predictions of surface finish for borosilicate glass work material based upon genetic network model by used Simulnet program.

Genetic network (GN) has been used to investigate the process control for EDM that could the Ra experimental and prediction with accuracy of 94.236 %.

The differences on the Ra at genetic network model for (80 × 60 × 3mm) of BSG never exceed (8 %) from testing data sets.
