Abstract EN

This study traces the current situation of LIS graduates employment within the Saudi private sector, review the number of graduates and the real employment in the public sector to find the differences and to define the real needs.

It targeted to principal streams of “national” plans of employment needs, as well as defining the barriers of the current unemployment.

Besides, it studies the situation within private sector.

Researchers came up with indispensible findings and provided excellent recommendations(Editor).
