تمت دراسة بعض الخصائص المجهرية و المورفولوجية و البيوكيميائية و التي شملت خصائص الخلايا و المستعمرات و منتجات النشاط الحيوي و مصادر الكربون و العوامل الخارجية و المضادات الحيوية للقاحين بكتيريين يحتويان على بكتيريا السيلكا محملة على فحم المستنقعات لدراسة خصائصها و التعرف عليها و استخدامها في المستقبل كلقاح مذيب لبوتاسيوم التربة و قد أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن لقاحي بكتريا السيلكا يحتويان على عزلتين من بكتريا السيلكا هما أقرب ماتكونان (العزله الشفافة ا) circulans) Bacillus و (العزله البيضاءmucilaginous Bacillus).
Abstract EN
Some microscopial, morphological and biochemical properties of two isolates of silicate bacteria isolated from Peat-Based silicate bacteria inoculants were determined to characterize and identify these bacteria for future use as soil potassium dissolving inoculants.
The results revealed that silicate bacterial inoculants contained two isolates of silicate bacteria.
These bacterial isolates are close to Bacillus circulans (transperant isolate) and Bacillus mucilaginous (milky white isolate).
