دلت نتائج هذه الدراسة على أنه يمكن إنتاج اللاحم على الأعلاف النباتية المطعمة بالأحماض الأمينية الأساسية و الفيتامينات، كما أثبتت هذه الدراسة أنه ليس هنالك فروق معنوية في المؤشرات المقاسة في اللاحم المنتج في الصيف و الشتاء.
متوسط الأوزان المكتسبة في الدراستين في الصيف و الشتاء كانت 2396 جم و 2408 جم و كمية العلف المستهلك كانت 5014 جم و 4993 جم غلى التوالي، بينما معدل الكفاءة التحويلية في الموسمين كانت 2.
Abstract EN
The result obtained in this study assures that, broilers can produce on pure plant protein sources enriched with vitamins and amino acids and there was no significant performance differences (P<0.05) in such broilers raised in summer or winter seasons.
The average weight gain recorded in summer study.
Was 2396gm while that recorded for winter study was 240 gm.
The feed consumption was 5014 and 4993gm for summer and winter studies respectively.
