أجريت هذه الدراسة لبحث تأثير إدرار الحليب على بعض المؤشرات للوظائف الكلوية لدى المعز النوبي من حيث الصفات الفيزيائية للبول (الأس الهيدروجيني، الحجم و الكثافة النوعية)، معامل تصفية الكرياتينين الداخلي، معامل تصفية الكرياتينين الداخلي، معامل تصفية اليوريا، التركيز البولي لكل من البروتين الكلي، المواد النيترجينية غير البروتينية و الشوارد.
استخدمت عشر من الماعز النوبي غير الحامل المرضعة تراوحت أعمارها بين ثلاث و أربع سنوات (3-4) سنوات و تزن 22.5 كجم لدراسة تأثير إدرار الحليب على وظيفة الكلي بالإضافة إلى مجموعة التحكم المكونة من عشر من الماعز غير الحامل و غير المرضعة.
جهزت الحيوانات بقسطرة بوليه من البلاستيك و استخدمت تقنية خالية من التلوث.
تم جمع البول كل ثماني ساعات لمدة ثمانية و أربعين (48) ساعة.
جمعت عينات الدم عند منتصف جمع عينات البول.
تمت ملاحظة الآتي : لم تتأثر أي من الكثافة النوعية أو الأس الهيدروجيني للبول بإدرار الحليب.
أحدث إدرار الحليب انخفاضا بفروق معنوية علي حجم البول.
تصفية الكرياتيننن، تصفية اليوريا و معدل الإخراج الكلي للشوارد و البروتين الكلي.
Abstract EN
The effect of lactation on some indices of renal function was studied in twenty, adult female Sudanese goats of nearly the same age and weight.
Ten goats were at mid lactation, and the other ten were non pregnant and non lactating.
Urine was collected (catheterization) every eight hours for 48 hours, and blood was withdrawn at mid time of urine collection.
Endogenous creatinine clearance, urea clearance, protein excretion, total electrolyte excretion rate, urine volume, pH, and specific gravity were measured using standard methods.
Significant variations in creatinine clearance, total protein excreted (p < 0.05), and in total excretory rate of K,Ca,P,Cl,and Mg (P < 0.01) ,were found between the two groups.
Urea clearance, urea concentration, Na total excretory rate, urine pH,and specific gravity did not vary with lactation.
