Islamic Sharia enshrines a code of legal provisions that seek to serve humanity.

Pursuant to this reality, it seeks to access as well all possible gains and eradicate all probable impediments. The central objective is the attainment of gratified life in both phases _____ pre-death phase and post-death phase.

Sharia dictum on this point is also explicit.

It states that he who maintains adherence to Sharia will be successor.

The negligent, on the contrary, is loser.

The concept of reward and chastisement is, thus, linked with the relative commitment to Sharia.

Even Holy Quran is emphatic on this score.

It incorporates many verses that provide supportive evidences. We are now living in an age which is unprecedented in history.

This is characterised with spectacular advance in science and technology. Also, it is accompanied with decisive course of developments.

Humanbeing now possesses resources that were either rare or extinct in the historical phase.

Our age is also distinctive in many forms.

Distance has shrunk.

The entire world resembles like a compact city.

Man is able to penetrate all over the globe through Internet. Despite its achievements, technological advance has, however, proved no blessing in toto.

It carries negative ramifications as well.

Criminalminded elements show no diffidence to exploit modern resources to attain their pursuits.

They operate deceptively and commit fraud-related crimes.

Seemingly, they appear honest.

In reality, however, they are treacherous, liars and hypocrites. Fraud-related crimes are now on constant rise.

New developments are taking place.

Criminal gangs are appearing on the scene.

They operate on bi-dimensional levels _____ national and international.
