Abstract EN

This research aimed to study family interference in the marital life of sons and daughters, which is considered as a main cause of divorce in Arabic and Islamic societies.

The research explained thoroughly the underneath causes of this phenomena, and divided it into two categories: deep causes and surface ones.

It also mentioned some solutions to decrease the impact of these causes.

As a vital supplement for the subject, the researcher clarified the Islamic Jurisprudence attitude from the parents’ interference, especially when they aim to finish the marital life of their sons and daughters by ordering him / her directly to divorce/be divorced.

The researcher concluded that there are no fixed judgment for this case, and it depends on many factors circled around one pivot which is the balancing between advantages and disadvantages.
