English Abstract
Semi fields of order q A, q is a power of prime, were studied by several authors (Knuth, 1965), (Boerner, 1986), and (Cordero, 1993).
The aim of this thesis is to study autotopism groups of some translation planes and to show that there are examples which are neither desarguesian nor generalized twisted fields.
