في هذا البحث تمت دراسة نظام الطوابير (M/Er/1/N) في حالة الاستقرار لعدد محدد (N) من الزبائن في الطابور.
و تم احتساب احتمالية j من مراحل الخدمة المتبقية في النظام و من ثم احتساب احتمالية ان يكون النظام خاليا من الزبائن و قد أعطيت النتائج بصيغة صريحة.
Abstract EN
In this paper the queuing system (M / Er / 1 / N) has been considered in equilibrium.
The method of stages introduced by Erlang has been used.
The system of equations which governs the equilibrium probabilities of various stages has been given.
For general N the probability of j stages of service is left in the system, j p has been introduced.
And the probability for the empty system 0 p has been calculated in the explicit form.
