اختبار الحساسية للمضادات الحياتية أظهر أن جميع العزلات كانت مقاومة للبنسلين G و لها مقاومة عالية للمضادين السيفترياكسون و الازثرومايسين (بنسبة 5،88 و 2،82 %) على التوالي، المقاومة المتوسطة ظهرت في مقاومة العزلات للمضاد اميكاسين (40%)، بينما كانت العزلات أقل مقاومة للمضادات اوفلوكساين و سايبروفلوكساين و سيفالوثين و الفانكومايسين (20، 3،14، 4،11، 10 %) على التوالي، كانت هناك فروقات معنوية عالية (p<0.01 ) في حساسية العزلات للمضادات الحياتية المستخدمة ما عدا المضادين الفانكومايسين و السيفالوثين إذ لم تكن هناك فروق معنوية بينهما بمستوى احتمالية (p<0.05) و كذلك الحال بالنسبة للمضادين السيفترياكسون و الازثرومايسين.
(133،44%) من العزلات كانت لها القدرة على انتاج الغشاء الحيوي على السطوح البلاستيكية لصفائح المعايرة الدقيقة.
Abstract EN
Antibiotic susceptibility test showed that all isolates of Staphylococcus epidermis's were resistant to penicillin G and they have a high resistant to ceftriaxone azithromycin (88.5, 87.2) of isolates respectively.
A moderate resistant shown in resistance of isolates to amikacin (40 %).
While, the isolates were less resistant to ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, Cephalothin vancomycin (20, 14.3, 11.4, 10) % respectively.
There were high significant differences (p < 0.01) in susceptibility of isolates to antibiotics except for Cephalothin vancomycin, also between ceftriaxone azithromycin under (p < 0.05).
31 (44.3 %) of isolates had the ability to produced biofilm on a plastic surfaces of microliter plates.
