English Abstract
-In this thesis , the fractional Hmilton-Jacobi formulation for dynamical systems in terms of Caputo derivatives is studied .
The fractional action function is obtained and the solutions of the equations of the motion are recovered .
Two problems are considered to demonstrate the application of the formalism .
the results are found to be in exact agreement with Agrawal's formalism .
