English Abstract

The recent availability of powerful microprocessors and high-speed networks as commodity components has enabled high performance computing on distributed systems.

Also computational grids that couple geographically distributed execution programming are becoming the de-facto computing platform for solving large-scale problems in science, engineering, and commerce.

In this environment, as the execution programming is usually distributed geographically at various levels (department, enterprise) there is a great challenge in integrating, coordinating and presenting them as a single resource to the user.

Many techniques have evolved to support the development of applications which require processes on different systems to communicate and coordinate their activities.

One such technique is Remote Procedure Call (RPC).

RPC is a mature method with several specifications and implementations.

In this work we build application to remote execution programming in network grid by using technique of remote procedure call (RPC) and using functions Application Programming Interface (API).

Also this work describes for no intrusive failure detection and recovery in grid in which nodes mutually monitor and recover client sessions from failed nodes.

The system is based on a novel architectural approach for remote healing of computer systems which enables monitoring and recovery/repair of state in a computer system by remote access to system resources.
