English Abstract
In the present work suggestion situations to add series capacitors and shunt reactors at three different locations along transmission line.
The study considered the system has a singular solution where the determinant of the network Jacobin is described zero to determine the maximum power transfer criteria.
So from location of compensation can be find sixteenth schemes for series capacitors and shunt reactors at transmission line and study from view of voltage stability with numerical example for critical load angle, critical voltage at receiving end, critical power in terms of surge impedance loading, load ability at thermal, theoretical and practical limit and voltage profile at no load, surge impedance load, rating load and short circuit level for loss line with consider effect of line-loss factor, series compensation, shunt compensation, load power factor and line length.
From numerical results can be choice the best scheme to execution on the test system.
Test system consider in this thesis with constant power load has thirty seven bus bar with nine generators and three voltage levels.
Study situation system from view of voltage stability by using eigenvalue analysis method and determined the weak load bus bar to apply chosen scheme to the lines connected at the weak bus and study situation the system from view of voltage stability after compensation and discussed the result for with and without compensation.
The P-V and Q-V curves are generated at weak bus for the system in order to check the results obtained by the modal analysis technique and to estimate the stability margin or distance to voltage instability at these bus bar.
