English Abstract

The increase in number of world populations implies increasing responsibilities for both commercial and governmental services to the public.

The latter implies a widening in service ports.

Electronic government is a new technology which provides services through electronic means utilizing electronic media.

As this new technology continues to spread wide providing services through the internet and intranet the need grew larger for web developers and web scripting.

This thesis is concerned with designing and implementing a system which allows a new and simple scripting describes the services offered by the government, commerce and organizations to the citizens.

The same system offers the use of a responding and management system which provides an easy way to interact with the increasing number of services offered and the huge number of service requests came to the electronic government site.

The design such system requires the trying to simulate a practical example to prove the possibility of building such an integrated environment.

And building hybrid interpreter to script which writing in an integrated environments and supplied with script command that designed and the processing of the services to the public through building remote web pages and manager manages all the process of the services through the building an integrated development environment for an electronic government.
