English Abstract

This seminar divides into two parts that deals with two subjects, the first subject deals with the theory based on Darcy's law has been derived which relates pressure drop in a pulse-jet cleaned fabric filter to characteristics of the filter and dust, the theory allows prediction of pressure drop under stable or variable operating conditions including dust concentration, miration velocity, pulse pressure and pulse frequency, and can be used to identify operating conditions which cause pressure drop to increase without limit, the second subject deals with the influence of selected fixed parameters on pulse-jet fabric filter operation.
