The analysis and design of the bridge is made with the help of computer, where the modern software of Structural Analysis and Design (STAAD III, version 19) is used for that.

In analysis of superstructure the specification of AASHTO is also used, in addition to the result of analysis by the computer, but the design is made according to the results of computer.

With the use AASHTO design specification, and also the same for the substructure, while the analysis and the design of piers is done by the use of computer, and at last the bearing and expansion joints for the bridge is designed within the specification of AASHTO.
