English Abstract
Semi fields of order g4, q even, were studied by several authors (Boerner, 1986), (Cordero, 1993), (Knuth, 1965) and (Al Ali, 2004).
In this thesis semi field of order g4, q even, admitting a free auto Orphisms group isomorphic to Z < i x Z < i were examined.
Further properties of semi fields were also studied such as nuclei and their spreads.
We have proved some results related to the translations of an affine plane and the collimation group of an affine plane, and the nuclei of various types of Semifileds have been constructed.
