إن تولد الاستجابة المناعية من قبل الجسم هو لغرض حماية الأم من آليات ضارة مفروضة نتيجة غزو طفيلي المقوسة القندية ولكن بعض هذه الأليات الدفاعية سرعان ما تولد فعلاً عكسيا على حياة الجنين حيث إن الخمج بطفيلي المقوسة القندية (داء القطط) أدى إلى و همها بدورهما ربما اظهرا تأثير تثبيطينا على أفراز 10- IL و الانترلوكين العاشر ( IFN_ Y) أفراط في أفرزا الانترفيرون كاما هرموني الأستروجين و الاسترادايول مما أدى إلى حدوث الإجهاض حيث أن هذه الآلية قد تحدث بصورة منفردة أو تتآزر مع آليات مناعية و وظيفية أخرى ممكن بحثها مستقبلا.
Abstract EN
The immune response that was induced by Toxoplasma gondii infection was found to be protective to mother, but it was deleterious to the fetus, i.
e.
the infection induced an immunopathological state in the fetus.
The induction of high levels of IFN – and IL – 10 due to T.
gondii infection may exert an inhibitory effect on serodiagnosis (inhibition the synthesis of progesterone and estradiol) which may explain their possible role in termination of pregnancy.
The mechanisms of the other factors may be also induced after T.
gondii infection.
