English Abstract

Over the last past decades, managers have been searching for a better understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility CSR and the importance of its practices in their oigaizaiioiia.

Muicuvci, even will the best strategy in place and an appropriate organizational architecture, an organization will be effective only if its members are motivated to perform at a high level.

Therefore, this research aims to find the impact or influence of CSR practices on the motivation, satisfaction, and commitment of employees inside any Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise SME.

For this reason, a questionnaire is designed and administered to 159 respondents in different SMEs.

The questionnaire is divided into three main sections - general questions, CSR practices section, and satisfaction and motivation section.

CSR practices cover different aspects - workplace, environment, marketplace, community, and common values.

Many statistical analysis tools are used, Chronbach's Alpha and Q-Q Plot, descriptive statistics, means and standard deviations, T-Test, and One-way ANOVA.

The results prove that SMEs employees have a positive attitude towards CSR, and that many CSR practices have a great influence on the satisfaction and motivation of employees in SMEs.

Moreover, the study shows that if the employees are motivated, the chances of recommending employment in the current organization to a friend is higher.
