حضرت مشتقات امينو استيلينية جديدة للفثاليمايد, من خلال تحويل الفثاليمايد إلى ملح البوتاسيوم المقابل بتفاعله مع هيدروكسيد البوتاسيوم ثم الكلة ملح الامايد باستخدام البروبارجيل برومايد للحصول على بروبارجيل فثاليمايد المطلوب (A1).
و للحصول على المشتقات الامينو استيلينية الجديدة للفثاليمايد (A6-A2) أجري تفاعل مانخ الذي تضمن تكاثف كل من المركب (A1) مع بعض الديهايدات, بوجود امينات حلقية ثانوية مثل المورفولين و البايبريدين.
شخصت المركبات المحضرة باستخدام FT-IR و1HNMR و تحليل العناصر, و قد تمت دراسة الفعالية البايولوجية لهذه المركبات باستخدام أحد أنواع البكتريا بروتس فلكاريس.
Abstract EN
A number of aminoacetylenic isoindoline-1, 3-dione (phthalimide) were prepared through the reaction of phthalimide with potassium hydroxide then alkylation process were carried out for this salt in order to afford N-propargylphthalimide (A1).
The Mannich reaction (three component one pot reaction) was carried out by using the N-propynylphthalimide (A1), with different aldehydes in presence of morphine or piper dine, as a secondary amines, to yield the desired compounds(A2-A6).The FT-IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis were consistent with the assigned structures, these compounds also have been tested biologically against bacteria Proteus vulgaris.
