تضمن البحث استخدام الكاشف 2-](4- بروموفنيل) ازو[-4, 5- ثنائي فنيل اميدازول (p-BrPAI) في تقدير كميات مايكروغرامية لأيون اللانثانيوم (III) بطريقة تحليلية طيفية سهلة و سريعة و حساسة.

حضر المعقد من تفاعل الكاشف العضوي مع أيون اللانثانيوم (III) عند أس هيدروجيني يساوي 10 و بنسبة 3:1 من الأيون المركزي إلى الكاشف العضوي عند الطول الموجي الأعظم 508 نانوميتر و معامل الامتصاص المولاري 6 × 104 L.mol-1.cm-1 و وجد أن التراكيز التي تطاوع قانون بيرلامبرت مساوية إلى (0.2_8) جزء بالمليون و تم تشخيص المعقد بواسطة تقنية F.T.I.R و UV-Vis.

كذلك تم تحديد الظروف الفضلى لتقدير هذا الأيون و تشمل الدالة الحامضية, حجم الكاشف, الفترة الزمنية و درجة الحرارة.

كما تم تحديد قيم R.S.D %, Re %, Erel % و هي 0.12, 98.7, -1.23 على التوالي و تم دراسة التداخلات المحتملة من تواجد بعض الأيونات الأخرى.

Abstract EN

The research include spectrophotometric method for determination Lanthanum (III) by use organic reagent -2 [(-4 bromo phenyl) azo] - 4, 5 diphenyl imidazole, pH (10) was favorable for complication reaction to with stoichiometry 1: 3 (metal : ligand) and maximum absorbance at lmax 508 nm and molar absorptivity 6 x 104 L.mol-1.cm-1.

Calibration curves of this complex were constructed.

Beers law was obeyed in the range (0.2 – 0.8) ppm, this complex identified by using F.T.I.R and UV-Vis Techniques, best conditions for the determination of this ion were employed, such as volume of reagent solution, period of time, temperature degree.

The precision and accuracy of the analytical procedure showed that (Erel, Re , R.S.D ) % were found to be (-1.23, 98.7, 0.12 ) % respectively , finely the interferences of some ions were studied.
