This paper addresses fundamental consensus matters contained in Az-Zarkashee`s book related to general and specific commands and prohibitions, specification, restricted and unrestricted terms.

Az-Zarkashee`s book is considered one of the books that have the largest amount of unanimously agreed upon issues of fundamentalism.

Also, this paper addresses introducing the author of the book along with the definition of consensus and its areas, evidence and bases, and the definition of commands and prohibitions, along with mentioning consensus matters related to them, and the definition of the general and mentioning consensus matters related to it, along with the definition of the specific and specification, and clarification the difference between them, and mentioning consensus matters related to specific and specification, and the definition of the restricted and unrestricted terms, along with mentioning consensus matters related to them, with explanation and comment to what is mentioned.
