Abstract AR

Azospirillum ssp.

lipoferum و A.

Abstract EN

Azospirillum spp.

was isolated from root hairs of barley cultivars in three regions in Iraq.

They were identified as Azospirillum baselines and Azospirillum lipoferum from study samples groups.

It was the most efficient species in fixing nitrogen.

This study showed the best time for isolation of Azospirillum spp.

after two months from germination.

It was found that the most efficient isolates were obtained from samples of Baghdad and Mousl.
