في هذه الدراسة تم استقصاء 40 عینة لتقییم الموت الفسلجي للخلایا في مرضى سرطان القولون بالاعتماد على تقنیة الـ (Tunel).
أظهرت النتائج وجود اختلاف معنوي في عدد الخلايا الموجبة (Tunel positive) بين المرضى و مجموعة السیطرة (p<0.05).
Abstract EN
In this study forty cases were investigated for evaluation of apoptosis in patient with colon cancer by using the TUNEL assay.
The results showed that the number of TUNEL positive colonic epithelial cells were significantly different from that in the control group and the frequencies and percentages of apoptosis between patients and controls were statistically significant (p < 0.05).
