شملت الدراسة تحضیر تولیفات جدیدة من المحالیل المائیة من سلینات ثنائي الصودیوم و مزجها مع 5 سلفو حامض السلسلیك أسد و بنسب مختلفة كعامل مضاد للمكروب بتثبیطه الاختیاري و تأثیرات جانبیة أقل.
صممت و حضرت سلسلتین من التولیفات كعوامل مضادة لل : المحالیل المائیة لسلینات ثنائي الصودیوم و بتراكیز مختلفة (0.1، 0.25، 0.5، 1.0 و 2.0 ملغم / 100 مليلتر) و مزيج من سلينات الصوديوم مع 5 – سلفو حامض سالسليك و بنسب مختلفة (A = 1 : 4 ، 3 : 7 = B، 2 : 3 = C، 1 : 1 = D، 2 : 0 = E) ملغم / 100 مليلتر و قيمت كعوامل مضادة للمايكروبات بعد أن طبقت على أنواع مختلفة من البكتريا المعزولة من حالات الحروق و الجروح E.

و أشيرت النتائج بأن التوليفة الجديدة (A) هي عامل مضاد للبكتريا بشكل ممتاز و كمثبط عالي لجميع أنواع البكتريا المأخوذة.
Abstract EN
The study was included the design and preparation of a new formulation of disodium selenite and their mixtures with 5-sulfo salicylic acid in different ratios as antimicrobial agents in selective inhibition to achieve better biological activity and low gastric side effects.
Two series of formulations have been designed and prepared as potential antimicrobial agents : Aqueous solutions of disodium selenite in different concentrations (0.1, 0.25 .0.5 ,1.0, and 2.0 mg / 100 ml) and a mixture of disodium selenite with 5-Sulfo salicylic acid in different ratios (A = 4 : 1, B = 7 : 3, C = 3 : 2, D = 1 : 1, E = 0 : 2) (2mg / 100mL) were evaluated as Antimicrobial agents applied on the different types of bacteria isolated from wounds and burns "E.
coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris and Staphylococcus aureus".
The results indicate that the new formulation agent “A” was an excellent anti-bacterial agent and highly inhibited of all types of bacterial will be taken.
