Study of magnetic fields leakage in magnetic lens

-The magnetic fields leakage phenomena has been studied by a theoretical investigation for bore’s of the symmetrical tapered conical double pole pieces magnetic lenses.

The analysis method has been used in calculation.

Where the influence of varying several geometrical parameters of the proposed design on the magnetic leakage have been studied.

The results of calculations show a significant minimization of magnetic leakage by use geometrical parametric on magnetic lens of proposed.

The importance of this work lies in the possibility of designing symmetrical electron lenses with double tapered conical pole pieces used as an objective lens with high excitation and free from magnetic leakage with the objective focal properties of good.
